Have you read this leaflet on it?

I assume you take Folic acid with it? That is supposed to help with the nausea. How often do you take the Folic acid and what dose of MTX are you on?
You don't need to suffer while you are taking it, tlk to your Consultant or if you have a Specialist Nurse, talk to him/her. They might reduce your dose slightly

i have been on methotrexate 25g injections for the last 9 weeks with another 5 to go, for chrons, my liver function is high but being monitered, like you i suffer from the sicky feeling, and feel very tired after the injection, i am also suffering from coming over extremley hot and sweaty, not menopause as went through that ten years ago, i take folic acid three days after the injection which seems to combate the sickness, hope you get sorted soon, its so difficult knowing what the best advice to take or medication. The way i think of it taking a tablet or injection is far better than being in pain and visiting the loo 10 to 15 times aday. I now feel more confident being out shopping, as i know i wont get a that emergency dash to the loo.
