Crooked and feels like missing flesh under skin
Posted , 5 users are following.
I am 27 year year old male who has masturbated for about 15 years. I noticed how my penis was getting crooked at the tip (inch or so) and felt small hard line(s) or pieces under skin. It has been so for years and I kept forgetting it, then worrying, then forgetting. Now it feels like the tip itself is a bit separated from rest of the penis as I touch and under it, between penis and the tip, is kind of lower line/castle moat/like I can sense flesh is not smooth down there, line being pressed into it. I tend to do it through clothes, pushing on the tip. Is this what caused it? I don't have erection issues. Will it cause problems later? And main thing - can I get cancer from this? I keep hearing testicles get, but nothing about penis.

It's hard to tell what's going on here, so a pic would help:
https://patient.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/402861-how-do-i-add-an-image-to-my-post
( If you're on a phone, you may need to set your browser to PC/desktop mode)
Can you retract your foreskin? If not, then you have phimosis:

(that last link is written for medics)
Penile cancer does exist, and men with phimosis are at increased risk of developing it, but it's still very rare.

I hope the photos added are good enough. My old phone does not support it, so had to use a photo machine that then ran out of batteries...
I made image compilation. Do You require better ones to get overview?
I guess I have to go and see doc anyways one of these days just to be sure, but the waiting time where I live is pretty long, so any advice would ease my nerves until then.

It looks like there's some kind of bulge on the dorsal side, but it's not as big as I was expecting, and it's not clear if it could be Peyronie's or not. Does the curvature become a lot more pronounced when you're erect?
I don't know what photos on the internet you're comparing yourself with, but you definitely don't lack foreskin. It sounds as if your foreskin doesn't retract though, or else you'd just be able to pull it back and take a look at what the bulge is. If you can't retract, then personally I'd be more worried about that than the bulge/curvature. If you can't retract, then it's harder to keep clean, and you're probably missing out on some sexual enjoyment. Many men don't see phimosis as a problem though.
I'd defintely get it checked out if I were you. You can either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you'd probably be seen a lot sooner at a genito-urinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
There's a huge range of foreskin lengths btw. If you google "foreskin coverage index" and look at the pics, you can see the variation.

Thank you so much for assistance!
Regarding curvature, I added photos both in flaccid state (and I am very small) and in partial erection (tried to go full, but every time I grabbed for camera, I started loosing drive).
The foreskin google search you advised was very interesting. I have always seen images with the big foreskin and was confused of why do I lack it.
The site I found said the chart has expections, like men who grow when erect a lot. Seems like me. Flaccid seems to be but hardened state is eluding me. That isn't so important though, at least I now understand the differences. I never had chance to talk with someone about it.
The bulge though is part of the penis' end so I can't really pull skin to reveal it. I'm going to assume it is due to masturbating while pushing down on the head. Day after vigorous session, I felt small pinprick fro mthe area I feel hardended pieces when adjsuting pose. Like the area was still sensitive and then calmed down.
I will consult a doctor, but I'm not living in UK unfortunately (I hope that wasn't required to post in this forum?) and here system is to get paper from family doc, then wait for months in line to get to specialist.
Therefore I ask your assistance one more time regarding the photos. Unless it looks like something very bad and requiring fast check, I rather not go to private clinic as prices are ridiculously high here and wait the line for government sponsored one.
First attachemnt is from front and above, second from above and sideways, third from below, and last two are flaccid.
Thank you very much for any advice or obesrvations you could give from these photos.
Phimosis, Peyronie, anything serious?

You don't have to be in the UK to post here, but the GUM clinics there are quite good to get problems like this looked at quickly.
It definitely looks like you have phimosis, but it's not clear what the bulge is. It's probably not urgent though, so I'd just go to your family doc and see what s/he says. Some of the links I posted earlier may help you to start stretching the foreskin, which may help with the phimosis. Depending on where you are, you may be able to obtain a steroid cream without a prescription too.

You might have Peyronie's disease. Only a doctor can determine if that is what you have. If it is that disorder, it needs to be taken care now or it could be worse later on. That is what I read on this subject.
The article stated if it curve a lititle bit now, it could bend even more.
I have never had this because I have only a small penis around 10 centimeters when erect. I have seen others at gay bath houses to know that a penis can look strange when it is bent slightly.
please do not put it off, go immediately to a doctor and make sure it is not a serious problem.

I think you might be right. More information about Peyronie's disease:

Thank you for reply! I add photos in reply to ml66uk. I hear about this disease first time. So it does not kill me or won't cause amputation, but becomes more and more twisted as time goes on?

Hello Fred :-)
?Besides the fact that your foreskin might be somewhat tight which somebody already have suggested, there's nothing about your photos that seem to be anything but normal. What you feel under your foreskin is probably your glans and it's supposed to feel like that, and your penis is not unaturally bent. It seem perfectly healthy jugded by the photos.
