I went back to work and had to cut my hours to no more that 6 hours and only 20 hours. Right now the pain is almost unbearable. A Big 10!! Added to this I have RA. What can I do ? I need help. Does anyone have a saw? Kidding aside I can't bear this too much longer.

I have a neurologist and an RA dr. At this point it seems I am out of options. I'm trying a new RA guy. Maybe getting a fresh eye will help. The pain is a 10 all day.

I have lidocaine from a compounding pharmacy. As for me it didn't tough the pain. I'm not at the quitting stage yet. Just getting someone to believe you is hard enough
