This is a plea– No, A SCREAM for help.
My whole life I’ve dealt with extremely painful cramps. Once I started having sex (at 18) I would experience this terrifying pain during and after (would last for about a half hour to an hour). It was so painful that I would have to push my partner off of me and run to the bathroom.
(This may be TMI but whatever) When I say run to the bathroom I mean TO USE THE BATHROOM.
Order of events: SHOOTING PAIN in my lower abdomen Abdomen swells I get the cold sweats I have to run to the bathroom for a BM every like five minutes. Sometimes the shooting pain radiates up my spine into my head making me dizzy and faint to the point where I throw up. Pain lasts for about a half hour to an hour after. It goes away I’m fine.
This has happened since the first time I’ve had Sex. I’ve gone to doctors. They’ve done ultrasounds (internal and external) they’ve done X-rays , cat scans, checked for endometriosis, if I remember correctly an iodine test too??
This pain happens often and has been happening more and more frequently. The pain is 10X worse right before I get my period.
When I have my period my cramps are so bad now that I literally can’t move for the first almost two whole days.
I’ve tried birth control I’ve tried pain killers I’ve tried muscle relaxers Smoking weed doesn’t help I’ve tried 1000+ mg of naproxen, ibuprofen, nsaid, aspirin, acetaminophen etc.
The only thing that seems to help is me taking some form of sleeping pill so I can basically knock myself out to sleep through the pain and when I wake up its kind of gone (at least the most painful part) but the cramps are always there.
Every time I’ve gone to any doctor they say “everything looks fine” they give me a different form of birth control to try and send me on my way.
I’m TIRED. IM IN PAIN. So much pain that I’m throwing up and curling in a ball for two days and crying nonstop.
I’m IN PAIN during sex So much do I push my partner off of me to go cry, puke, BM, sweat, and curl up for an hour after inter course.
SOMEONE HELP ME Anyone who is experiencing the same symptoms and had a doctor that actually told them some kind of answers PLEASE REACH OUT.
Anyone who’s tried methods of healing or ways to cope PLEASE REACH OUT.
I really can’t take this anymore. And now the man I love feels bad every time we have sex because he’s so afraid he’s going to hurt me and I don’t blame him. It happens almost every single time. Rough, fast, slow, gentle. Doesn’t matter. It happens basically every time.

My aunt has a tilted uterus and I told every doctor I've been to about it and asked them to check. I'm assuming they did and like I said. At the end of every exam I'm told everything looks fine and they send me on my way. I've tossed around the idea of a full hysterectomy. I'm 22 going on 23 and eventually I want to have children with the man I'm currently in a relationship with/live with. We're getting married in the near future and I want to try all of my options before actually having a hysterectomy. My doctors also won't allow it until you're past the age of 25 or have at least 2 children.

Oh dear that sounds dreadful. I haven't any answers for you but hope you find some help somewhere. Maybe a sympathetic female gyno consultant. X
