I'm trying to  remain optimistic but all the shaking, aching, heart papitations, light headed, dizziness, pressure in head, blurry vision at times u name it. Not to mention checking my bp, heart rate and temp every few minutes,  also dreaming of deceased ppl 😢

Chandra - Are you seeing a counselor or therapist?  Prescribed any medications?  Any recent changes or events?   I don’t know if checking your bp, heart rate, and temp every few minutes is helpful.  If anything it might heighten your awareness or anxiety.  Somehow try to get into a relaxation state.  How can we help calm and slow your thoughts.  Maybe listen to and follow a facilitated relaxation meditation session via YouTube or other source.  It’s important to have some techniques in your arsenal that you can use when you have rough patches.  Some use mindfulness, meditation, exercise, positive distraction routines, and in some cases medications.  There are “solutions” and your certainly not the only one experiencing what your going through.   Don’t give up.  Keep taking ground little by little.  We’re all here supporting YOU!

Thank you tsea, I'm really trying. I do sometimes listen to mindfulness and it does calms me,yes I've been prescribed Lexapro but have not started taking them because I'm afraid of the side effects.  I'm trying to cope on my own using lavender and coconut oil but it's so trying 😢 it seems like my family or no one cares or understand well except my daughter she has been supportive bless her ? but other than her I jus feel all alone in this and I don't wanna be a constant burden on her she's 23 and young with her whole life ahead of her. But everyone else seems to think I'm crazy or just doesn't care😢 and another thing I can't grasp is why am I having these dreams? (Deceased ppl)

Hey - please don't think you are alone with this. Everything you are experiencing, I experience on a daily basis too. Constantly overthinking bad things, forever thinking something is wrong in my body. I honestly feel for you and how awful it is, as a lot of people around me don't really understand. All you need to know is everything is absolutely fine, try and keep yourself as down to earth as possible, as anxiety really makes you believe every bad thing you think!

I recall having all of these on a daily basis. Still get random nausea at times and some light headedness, occasional palpitations with feelings of dread and the knot in my chest every Monday. But following numerous dr's appt and tests and hospital referrals all saying it was anxiety, I found the best thing I did was learning and choosing to accept the anxiety. Sounds weird, but for a while I refused to believe that anxiety could be the sole reason for my symptoms. I mean pins and needles in one half of my head, that was surely some kind of brain issue right? No...just anxiety. And once I truly accepted that, and worked actively on reading the self help books and practice techniques, they started to ease off in severity.

I'm not 100% without pain, I mean that's just life, but I'm presently managing that portion of my life better.

I guess what I'm trying to say is there is hope if you're open to it. Please don't think this is it forever. X
