CS or hypotension?

Hey.

I have cervical spondylosis but have noticed that I get pain in my neck and bottom of skull at the sides of the spine bit when I stand up. I also get it randomly too but not as often.

I get dizzy standing up too, not severely though.

Is it just the cs or is it hypotension?

Thanks

Unless you have a history of hypotension, it's probably your cervical spine!

    Check with your Dr.

As well as being dizzy standing up, I get it looking up or down. Just for a few moments until I move enough to correct it. Seems to be quite a common symptom. I do not have pain fortunately as I have spinal cord compression but not nerve compression.

    Good Luck!

Hi Andrew. I too have CS and AS. My stage is very advanced and inoperable. I have spinal stenosis and trapped nerve and the light headedness is all part and parcel. I am on multiple pain meds, including morphine, which doesn't help with the light headedness.

I am at the minute waiting to get into the pain clinic for injections.

    Guarantee its from your neck!

    I'm living the nightmare too!

Every possible test out there is negative but my neck!
