Hi,    I have suffered from herpies on my arm for 30 years.  Two years ago i contracted genital herpies.  I by accident found a cure for herpies.

I  was on holidays for a couple of months  and was eating pineapple every day and I realised I was not getting any outbreaks.  Since then I eat one big slice of pineapple every day which has been over  10  months now and i have only had one small outbreak which lasted a short time.

I am still having pineapple every day .  When I feel a bit of an itch i increase my intake of pineapple and i do not get an outbreak.

I am so relieved as  I have suffered with outbreaks constantly.

    Thanks for that advice. I love fresh pineapple so will give it a try.

    I am glad that this has relieved your symptoms and lessened your outbreaks.  This could be due to something as simple as an increase in vitamins such as vitamin C which boosts your immune system.  This would make your body more able to fight off the virus.

    Unfortunately, this is not a cure for the virus, the virus will be with you for the rest of your life and can still be passed on to others, especially during a flare up.
