Cured my BV/Yeast??

I've been having irritation, discharge, soreness, redness, and discomfort (sometimes burning and itching) on my vulva now for over 2 months. I went to 6 doctor visits, took antibiotics out the wazoo and plenty of creams. I took probiotics after about a month and tried adjusting my diet (didn't end up sticking with it too well). I had major anxiety and depression for about 2 months and I couldn't stop thinking and obsessing about my problem. I was worried about not having normal and pain free sex with my fiancé as well. Then I went to a herb shop and got really strong probiotics that I've been taking twice a day and some anxietysoothing supplements and essential oils. I finally calmed down and stopped obsessing over my symptoms. I can't say that the symptoms got much better but just the fact that I stopped thinking so much led to not feeling it so much. Anyways I went to a last doctors visit with a gyno so she could take one last swab to identify the yeast and or bacteria that was ailing me. I was given a course of clindamycin and nystatin cream to put on for 7 days. I just got a call from the doctor yesterday saying that I am in the clear!? She said she found no yeast and no bv... I am still a bit irritated down there but I asked her if my probiotic efforts may be working. She thinks they are. I guess I'm all cured now... but I'm skeptical because I don't always feel super normal down there. For the most part I feel fine. There is no itching, burning, or even really any soreness left. The only thing left is the redness which seems to come and go. And sex isn't painful but sometimes it feels a little sore during. I don't know if I should just move on with life and just accept that nothing's wrong or get a second opinion or swab and see if there's something still going on.
