Somebody has to do something about a cure for tinnitus. They say its s condition not an illness and go away and forget about it. Well I would like to see them try.

    You and me both.... I have what's now called Fibromyalgia and a side effect of it is Tinnitus but it is Strange how they both came along at the same time that I damaged my neck though

      I'm very sorry to hear that . U would think in this day and age when cancer cures are progressing they could find a cure for tinnitus. I don't think it is high enough on their list of priorities . A speaker in your pillow helps at night and wave music too.

      Hello fellow sufferer .It is alleged ,that a blow to the head could start 

      the TT, so I think that your neck is near enough to qualify.The Fibro whatsit sounds curable, maybe, did you ask ?? Maybe another blow to your neck might reverse the condition

      I have bought the pillow and it works great but the Tinnitus seems to get used to the sound and changes it's strategy and I change from white noise to Zen to radio etc ....

      Hi White noise is soft natural sounds  like " waves lapping on a sea shore, ot the sound of running water in a brook are just two examples. your Ipad under the pillow may help. It is almost flat and White noise can be dowloaded from itunes onto your ipad. hope it helps. "sweet dreams" .Malk.

    Hi Alison, you suffering too ? you cant forget about it because you can hear it 24//7

    the people who say forget about it ,either dont have it. Or if they do, and its very mild. Some days will be better than others. Mine is playing up at the moment as I have a cold starting. Noise Amplification is first class in bothe ears at the moment, it sounds like a high pressure steam pipe has blown in side my heads. It will subside a little in three days time after dosing myself with Lemsip powders for a couple of days, have to watch how many of them things one takes too.

      Oh you poor thing I do sympathise. Well I don't have ur all the time. I've had it for 18 months and specialist seems to think it will go

      But come up when I'm stressed. It's

      In my right ear only very occasionally in left. U stupidly put a cotton bud in too deep and caused an ear infection. I went on holiday and didn't hear ur for days then come back my daughter is unwell and up ur comes. Still causes me anguish. How do you cope?

    you  are  so  right  i  have   the  doctors  do  not  care  all day  there  nothing  they  can  do  they  make  ear  grow  a  on  liitle   girl  arm  they  make  5  yr  deaf  boy  hear  but  nobody  help  it  is  awful  what this  tiinnus  is  i get  like  attack  around  my ears  very bad  but  nobody  no  doing  anything  it  just  sucks
