Well I've had Herpes for a few years now. I get that tingle and itch every few months. Just recently I got a small bump inside my thigh I'm assuming herpes since I have it then today I notice 2 inside my butt cheeks. Has anyone ever used anything over the counter to surpress or treat outbreaks?? I used tea tree and lavender oil mix on my lips where I tingle and it helps but now I have these bumps and I don't know how to get rid of them the tea tree oil isn't helping or atleast not as fast as I like! Anyone tried azzurx or quick clear, h balm any of those??

My doctor prescribed this ointment that is for herpes. I noticed it still takes time to heal because of the moist area the ob is in. It also stings and has this burning effect that eventually goes away. I have heard of lemon balm ointment that can be ordered on Amazon and has rave reviews. Anything is worth a shot when your going through the unbearable itch and burning of an ob.
Good luck!

I just ordered lemon balm from Amazon about a week ago. I'm nervous tho because I read the good kind cost like $80 for 5ml and mine was no where near that price I'm still hopeful tho

I'm going to try many things to figure this out. I purchased e books and so called herpes erasers. I pray we get a cure sometime in the near future or atleast something that makes us not contagious to others I would die if my kids ever got it.

I hope they find a cure too Jessica because it's difficult to understand this virus and we do have to think about others. Im no longer in the medical field ,but I would advise you to be careful with all these herbs. The reason being is sometimes what we think is helping our situation is really hurting and aggravating our symptoms.
Good luck!

Sometimes Apple cider vinager helps along with oregano oil. Just make sure to use a carrier oil with oregano due to the burn. Then vitamin e as drying. I sometimes put a cotton ball and it's dried by morning.

I've been drinking acv I don't know if I think it's helping. I should use the raw garlic more often but it comes out your pores. One day I didn't even eat any yet and my patient asked what I ate garlic 🤦🏽???
