Lately i have been feeling a burning sensation on my upper thighs and a warm liquid pouring down my left leg. It's not painful, not so frequent and it's only happening when I'm resting. i carried something really heavy before the sensation appeared... I'm also suffering from health anxiety and I'm scared i might have ms.

anyone else knows about this feeling?

Health anxiety can cause hundreds of different sensations all over the body, including a warm sensation anywhere, and even a cool sensation. I have had health anxiety for a very long time since childhood, and I’ve had every sensation you can think of, including the warm rushes, even numbness and tingling , floaters in my eyes, weakness, ringing in my ears. At that time I was in my 20s and I thought for sure I had MS. all my testing was normal . every single one of my sensations was due to long-term anxiety. They are not harmful. The sensation that you are getting does not sound like MS.

also, I want to remind you that the more you worry and imagine, horrible things, etc. the more you are going to have the sensation. What you are feeling may possibly be from what you carried or it could even be from a muscle strain.

Everybody should have a complete physical examination at least once a year. When that is OK, then we really need to get on with our lives and enjoy it. But don’t get lost in overthinking. Just see if it goes away eventually. You can always talk to your doctor, but it sounds like it could possibly be anxiety related. Take care you’ll be OK.

No matter, how you wish to consult a specialist, in -person or online, you should seek for a professional help. If you want an "easy" start, try one of online platforms, like this one for example: https://p-s-y.online/

Your situation sounds like a psychological disorder and definitely requires medical attention.
