Cushing?

Hi there! I'm new to this forum. For a couple of years i've had complaints which lead me to go to the hospital. I have BFS, especially in my right foot and left hand and wake up quite early in the morning with heachaches. I went to the hospital several times and got tested For sleep apnea. During periods of stress a also get palpitations. I don't have sleep apnea and my heart got also tested and seems ok. After all this i decided to get a mri at a private clinic. There they found a pituitary gland adenoma of 8 mm. After this i went to the endocrinologist but because i don't show any fysical signs of cushing she refused an dexamethasone test. My blood cortisol was slightly elevated at 600 mnol at 11 in the morning.

After this i let it go for a couple of months but decided to get my saliva tested at a private clinic because of the complaints i still have. The morning level at 8 in the morning was 30 mnol where around 10 is considered normal. The second test was around 11 in the morning and around 11.6 mnol. The first result was really high and the second slightly elevated. After this i did manage to get a 1 mg dexamethasone test and the level was 67 mnol. 50 mnol is the cut off rate from what i understand. I can see the blood test results online from my test but i'm still waiting for a call back from the dr. Could i have cushing even through i don't show the classic signs?
