i cut my cuticle somehow about 3-4 weeks ago. i have been keeping it dry and clean, soaking in warm water as well. it just wont seem to go away. because it is my right index finger i keep accidentally hitting it as well. it it is pretty painful and swollen as well. seeking advice on what i can use to help the healing process before going to the doctor.
