Cuts and dry skin on foot

This has been an issue for quite a few months now, I've got a lot of cuts and open wounds on my left foot, always dry and flakey skin. Tried foot creams and nothing seems to be healing it at all. Not had an injury in any way to cause this, it's just developed as time has gone on. Extremely itchy and of course, irritation gets the better of me so I scratch away at it and that just creates another cut that opens up bigger.

    It looks like Eczema. I wonder which creams you have tried? You should really see your doctor or a dermatologist about this as usually the first line of treatment is a steroid cream, then just regular moisturising with a cream. The oatmeal base creams are ideal. I will PM you
