Cymbalta and serotonin syndrome

i was given cymbalta 30mg once a day for anxiety along with klonopin .5 mg 1-2x a day i took cymbalta the first time on wednesday at 3pm and i was fine until 9pm then i felt weird my mouth was dry , my teeth and jaws kept clinching together, i would get cold , i felt slow paced like i was jus moving slow, i felt weird not dizzy but i jus felt weird . when i would yawn and get done yawning my jaws jus felt weird . i was scared . the next day i still had a little jaw clinching . i looked up these symptoms and i am reading that im gettinf to much serotonin. i told my doctor and she said to take one every other day for a week but i dont want to bc i am reading it can be life threatning . im scared . what could my doctor put me on if ssri didnt work now this didnt work? anyone else experience this?

    IMO and I'm not a Doctor but have read lots on serotonin syndrome and that you are on a low dose

    if taken once a day instead of the recommended dose of taking 30mg twice a day.

    I would say you are just having side effects and not serotonin syndrome.

      im only on it 1x a day 30mg . she said maybe we can lower the dose . im also on klonopin .5 mg 1 tab 2xs a day if needed . i take a .5 and dont feel nothing that mean it working ?
