Cyst and ovary removal recovery feeling awful.

Hi me again. I am almost four weeks post op from having a 32cm removed with my right ovary. This week has been the worst by far. I contracted an UTI last Monday got prescribed antibiotics which i have two days left the urination pain has gone but cause of feeling so ill off food, more pain and really not myself I have been back to the doctors twice but they could not find any reason to suspect the infection has spread. Please any help

    I don't have any help other than hopes that it's just a uti.
