Cyst in testicle

Hello!

Went to the docs a few weeks ago as I found a lump at the bottom of my testicle. Doc felt it and said it was attached to the tube at the bottom. He arranged for an ultrasound and I had that yesterday. The report will be sent back to my GP In 10 days but she said to me that there was nothing on the ultrasound that concerned her and mentioned there being a small cyst.

I have lower back pain and my testicles are quite tender to touch and feel cold, does that make sense? I'm sure the testes have gone slightly redder as well although they don't appear to be swollen.

Anyone else had the above symptoms?

I will relay all this to the GP next week when I see him, I just wondered if this was a normal symptom with having a cyst?
