Cyst/ingrown hair or STD?

after shaving a few weeks ago I got a lump in a weird spot for me, right at the crook of the labia skin above my clitoris. I always mess with zits and ingrown hairs so I squeezed it until it popped.
then I had the same thing happen a couple of days ago close to the same spot, after shaving. squeezed it until it popped.
I'm anxious that with this happening twice in an unusual spot that it's not a cyst or ingrown hair but is herpes.
I have been having skin problems in general the last month or so (some cystic acne) and my vagina and hormones have been off since having a miscarriage about 2 months ago.
I've always had the other little bumps. never knew they weren't common so I'm thinking they are fordyce spots?

got a more clear picture of the pimple??? in question. would appreciate thoughts. feeling really self conscis about my bumpy vag lol
I'm also wondering if maybe the yeast infection I had a few weeks ago never fully cleared up because my (what I assume are) fordyce spots are more pronounced than usual.

hi, yes you do have fordyce spots and they are very common so nothing to worry about there. These pimples/ bump you have popped do not resemble herpes. What symptoms do you have with them ? it could be a clogged sebaceous gland.

it feels a lot like the cysts I sometimes get in my armpits. it was painful and tender and popped yellowish fluid out of it. now it feels like a healing cystic pimple, just in a weird spot for me and to get it twice. it's painful but not alarmingly so.
no other symptoms really except I now have some itch but I think that's my yeast infection returning based on how it feels and my discharge. no foul odor and no alarming discharge. no other zits or anything else down there. I also don't wear cotton underwear and a lot of my clothes are tightly fitting and I work out a lot so I'm wondering if that's contributing to it. (never changed these habits because I've never really had these issues until my recent miscarriage).
it seems to be going hand in hand with my skin breaking out across my body including my face, shoulders, and thighs.
