Cyst on labia for almost a week?

I noticed 5 days ago while I was wiping that there was a small hard lump but I assumed it was an ingrown hair as I get waxes occasionally, or maybe a pimple. However this morning it felt tender and ready to pop and caused discomfort when I walked. Earlier when wiping it seems to have burst because there was blood on the toilet paper. Pic shows from left to right: 5 days ago, this morning, and now. Recently partner and I both did a full panel std test (chlamydia, gonhorrea, syphillis, herpes 2, trichomoniasis, hep C, HIV) and all came back negative. Help? sad

    One of the the moderators of this site removed the link that you attached; they don't like users posting external links. So, I'd suggest you upload pictures directly from your tablet or computer. If you're not sure how to do that, make sure that you're posting from either a tablet or a computer. You should see a chat window similar to the one I attached below 👇
