Cyst on penis getting worse (sebaceous cyst or pimple?)

I need help badly because this small pimple on my penis as it started out, now turned into a big cyst pimple thing that I can't even tell what it is exactly. I have searched online and only found one thread related to my case. Unfortunately, the topic started last post was 3 years ago. I am really worried about my condition.
Here some info.
It doesn't hurt when I touch it. If I do touch it, it stings a little. If I try to move it around, it seems not to be attached to the penis muscle. I can't be from sex or masturbation because my last activity with my GF was 2 weeks ago and when I masturbate I don't generally hit that part of my penis.
I really don't want to see a doctor about it as well, unless that would be a last resort.
It seems to be hard and sometimes soft this bump. I really hope its just a zit.

It just looks like a nasty zit or boil, and I suspect it will fix itself by bursting at some point, but why wouldn't you want to see a doctor about it?

We live in a small village. Doctor is kinda judgmental and s**t. Also knows my parents. I didn't tell my parents about it because ill never hear the end of it.
Here's an update tho. I'd confirm it was actually a zit. A cystic pimple to be exact that was first a ingrown hair then became infected. This was confirmed by other forums but also from a recent event which resulted in it popping.
I was trying to remove some dry skin on top of it, you know, when you have a pimple the top are kinda has some dry skin. So, I pulled on that and made a micro tear which allowed me to drain it. Yellow thick puss came out then it became brown puss. No blood though.
My problem now is that its been 24hrs and there's still a hole on the side of my dick. It seems to not scab over at all. just keeps making tiny amounts of puss. I'd place a bandaid on it just to protect it a bit.
what should I do? should I now really go to the doctor? sorry for being stubborn.

There's nothing to adversely judge you on even if your doctor isn't naturally sympathetic. S/he should treat you with respect whatever your age or health condition. If you feel ashamed, try to turn that around to confidently asserting your rights. Look up the Gillick competence and Fraser guidelines.Your doctor could be disciplined if s/he told your parents anything that you asked her/him not to - depending on your age, as long as you are of normal understanding and mental capacity. Do you have a trustworthy friend who could go with you as a support and witness in case you wanted to make a complaint if you are not treated with respect?
If you don't want your doctor to know you can go to a sexual health clinic or Genito Urinary Medicine Centre (G.U.M.) and nothing about your visit is passed on.
Having said all that you could give it a week or so longer, maybe use an antiseptic cream from your pharmacy or supermarket and hope that all the pus discharges before the hole closes over, which it inevitably will. Have faith!

Thanks you very much for your advice. I appreciate it greatly. I will follow what you said and give it a week. I'll avoid that doctor and go straight to the G.U.M instead. Also, can I put some betadine on it instead of antiseptic cream? and if I do put antisceptic cream, do you apply directly to the hole or around it?

According to my internet search Betadine is the right kind of stuff OK in around the hole - it's just not something I've used myself. I'm more familiar with TCP, which can sting if applied undiluted to broken skin, but disinfects well. An ointment shouldn't sting.
I'm hoping that for other less intimate ailments you would consult your doctor. If not, ask your gp practice to change doctors.

Genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinics are a UK thing, and judging by the times you're posting, you may not be in the UK. If you are though, then you can google "GUM clinic near me" for details. There are clinics for under-25s in some places, many places to walk-in appointments, and you don't even need to give your real name. In the UK, neither a GP nor a clinic is allowed to pas on medical information to your parents without your permission btw.
From what you've said, it will probably just fix itself anyway, but any antiseptic liquid cream or spray should help it heal faster. Putting a plaster over it should help it clean too. It may all just be a bad memory by this time next week, but if it isn't clearing up, then I'd definitely see a doctor or clinic. Good luck.

Update: Its been 2 days and the cyst seems to still be draining. There aren't any large amounts of puss coming out but quite the opposite. The problem is it just wont seem to dry or even at least scab over. I am getting worried that it might get infected. The bandaid solution keeps things at bay but I don't think its a lasting solution. I can't seem to find a GUM nearby, they are only available in the city. I'll probably give it the weekend and see if it heals up. If not, then ill just see me doctor since I won't have any choice. maybe derma as a alternative as well.
