Cyst or lipoma on my back starting to hurt when putting pressure causing me anxiety 😔

hi guys hopefully someone can help, when i was abroad about 6-7 weeks ago, when i went spa the massage therapist noticed this small lump on my back which did not hurt .

i have suffered with mild ance most of my life.

i also have a fairly small keliod on my chest also

yesterday as my work is physical me being an electrician i carried my heavy tool bag on my back and now this cyst/lipoma is painful when its touched or pressure put on it

my gp never picks up the phone and no idea where to go..?

any idea what it is . .?

    ive seen images like this when someone has lipoma. but just to be on the safe side you need to keep contacting your GP. if you still having the same problems you need to do a walk in to see why they arent answering the phone. ive actually changed my dr because they were kinda like this. fingers crossed for you
