Cystic Acne

I have had a cyst the size of a penny on my cheek for about two and a half years now. It goes away every now and then when I apply Dr. Christopher's Black Ointment however it takes days for it to reduce the size. Ive been to two dermatologists, I was given a antibiotic which did not work and then I got a steroid shot recently in the place of my cyst at which is reduce the size tremendously. However three months later the size of the cyst returned back to the size of a penny. Should I just try to get it cut out at this point?

Hi yes I would at it's clear it's going to keep coming back. I had two abscesses once which kept recurring so in the end I got them cut out and they haven't been back since. x

I would want it out just so I don't have to mess with it anymore.Since it's on your cheek I would look into a plastic surgeon-- this is just me that feels this way. But I wonder if it would best to cut it out when it's reduced in size-- not as many stitches, perhaps??
