when I first had this condition, I had no vaginal cysts.. Now I have many- however my dermatologist said its nothing to worry about. Has anyone of you had this problem? IF so did the cysts disappear or become more of a problem? Have any of you survived without steroid creams?

Hello,
I had one "benign" cyst at the very beginning when I first found out that I had this condition. That was ten years ago. I actually went to get checked out because of the cyst, not the itching. I was just used to the itching and didn't think it was even a thing. I used steroid creme religiously for the initial course (I think it might have been just a few weeks) and the cyst went away completely and has never come back. I think you should give the steroid ointment a try if you can. It is really helpful.
