dabar mustard oil

just come across this product which might help people with fibromialgia or people who feel the cold . i shall be giving a try soon . but dont forget if you do try it always try a small area first  to make sure your not alergic .anyone can be alergic to anything . always test.

      well all the massage oils iv tried cheap ones expensive ones they all seem to work but then they seem to stop after a while being so effective

      the only thing that seems to stay the same is magneisum oil but constant use some times iratates the skin and makes it sore . so i have been looking for something i can use say day time and then use mag at night . dont no if this will be any good but at least its worth a try .

      Hi,

      when you say you use magnesium oil do you mean for pain and wher exactly do you use it?  I take in tablet form but not heard of oils as yet.

      you can by on line or if you have a tescos you might find it in there medical section the magneisum oil our local tescos stock it £9.99 100mls lasts ages

      just rub on where it hurts or where if you get cramps .
