Daily Exercise routine for someone with CF who works full time

I read through your articles and suggestions about exercise and wondered if you had any ideas for someone with Cystic Fibrosis who is reasonably well, has a good healthy appetite, almost vegetarian, unusual for someone with CF. Works in London full time sitting at a desk  with little time to have a fun way to exercise. Manages gym once a week which isn't enough.  Always takes the stairs, too dangerous to cycle to work. Any ideas? Need inspiration?
