I've been taking omega3 daily. I've read from a number of people that it helps. I've been tapering from 75mg and am down to 14mg now. I started taking it before I started my taper. I haven't had any brain zaps. I'm not sure if I would have had it without the omega3, but since something is working, I'm going to continue taking it through the end of the taper.

Thanyou for sharing that, Do you think tinned tuna or salmon would have the same affect as capsula

I'm not sure. I'm taking 1200mg per day. I also take a probiotic.

Are you tapering off right now?

Sorry for this negativity - but it's now 15 years (or will be early July this year) since I came off Venlafaxine - and although 90% or more has gone, it can still happen. I hope and trust yours is a batter experience,

This could well be tinnitus - I have this too, since about 2008. I can't say there's a connection with taking Ven - but overall I just live with it.
