Damaged and painful penis skin caused by harsh chemicals in cleanser. What remedies or products coul

Hi. So a few months ago, I used some bathroom products as lubricant while masturbating that definitely were not meant to be put on a penis. I think what damaged my skin was a facial cleanser. It started to burn while I was masturbating, and stupidly I didn't really give it time to heal. I continued to masturbate regularly and this probably made it worse. Since then, I have gone more than a month without masturbating on multiple occasions, but the skin does not heal. It is still hurting. It doesn't hurt if I'm not wearing underwear or pants - the pain comes from rubbing against my clothes. The pain is sharp and burn-like. I also feel pain while masturbating when running my hand over the areas. Thankfully sex feels fine.
Anyway, I've done some research on what products will help. So far I've used Desitin (diaper rash cream) which has zinc oxide in it and has been known to help with friction burn on the penis. While it sort of helps temporarily, I think that's only because it's a buffer between my penis and my underwear. I'm looking at ordering Man 1 man oil, which I will likely do soon. I'm hoping that this is something that can be reversed, but because I did not let it heal properly when it needed to be left alone, I realize I may just have to deal with it. But even products or remedies that will help temporarily/need to be applied regularly will help, just looking for anything. Thanks in advance.
