Damaged frenulum ( warning graphic content )

amaged frenulum from aggressive sexual activity, been giving me some real bad discomfort, , first day today on some proper antibiotics as my gp prescribed me the wrong ones, been taking baths with salt in and detol to help clean the wound, is the discolouration of the skin a sign its forming new tissue or should i be concerned ? any advice would be greatly appreciated as i need to back into fighting condition !

image posted is a bad picture theres more of a light white ( what looks to be ) forming skin barrier over the war wound but due to washing it it temporarily it got a bit inflamed
