Hi, what was going on before your penis head turned red?  By you saying: " I haven't used it since " what exactly do you mean by this?  Not applied something to it? No sexual activity?  You must have at least urinated?  What's happening, exactly?!  Do you have a tight foreskin I wonder?  I can only guess at this point!

      Sorry! i'll add more details.

      Its been 5 days. now.

I was having basically dry vaginal sex in missionary position. No bending or anything of that sort. and it was extremely tight. I guess there wasn't enough prep and i rushed in. Shes perfectly ok, i'm not.

When I first pulled out and the penis head, was blood shot red. throughout all of this the shaft never changes color. 5? minutes after pulling out the penis head started hurting and turned purple. it did not swell, i did not pee blood or hear cracking/poping but i was really in heat of the moment. after 35minutes it turned red and we finished a second time ( not the smartest idea). it turned dark, and regained color about 2hours latter.  this time it didn't hurt. the next morning it looked perfectly fine upon inspection. i never pee'd any blood. but behind the head on the bottom of shaft about 1/4th inch back it now feels abit odd. sometimes a dull ache. i've used it several times. it gets hard still its not bent. my erections are noticeably weaker and my sex drive has considerably dropped. at first i had to put effort into pee'ing but thats back to normal. i'm 27, its fully developed. was wearing a condemn that i've worn multiple times. but i did apply a medication to prior to intercourse to help things along. it was some sort of edge, last longer off amazon. suppose to be all natural. i did notice it made my penis bigger than usual, i think it helped blood flow in.

i don't think i've got tight foreskin? i am circumcised.

sorryy, to go into greater depth i'm going to make a second reply,

the current pain is no where near the serious injury location. its a dull ache, sometimes a throb, typically only when i get hard. but, its a very light pain. i plan on taking it easy for a few weeks. if i were to describe it. it would be like.. tape on ur skin being pulled too far when i get hard. but, on the interior of the penis. i've never had this before.  i will happily answer any questions.

upon further inspection, i believe i've found spongey tissue on the side where the pain is located. while erect. making me believe this may be scar tissue. i should cease masturbation.

As you are talking about Damaged Penis, and, Serious Injury location, I think the only way to get sorted what you have going on is to get a specialist to check this out.  I am presuming when the injury occurred you had surgery, or some other specialist medical intervention?  If you have a specialist you can go back to see to give them an update, that would be best.  Otherwise, your starting point would be a Urology department - if you cannot access one directly yourself, any sexual health service will advise you on how to get access to one.  You simply have a unique set of circumstances going on, only a specialist in penile health would be able to help you any further.

there's a condition called Peyronie's disease. that's the medical term. it's NOT a disease but a condition where there is Trauma on the penis due to sex where she's on top. masturbation is also cause for trauma. some are born with this affliction due to Penile Fibrosis. Go To The DOCTOR you only have 1 penis.
