Dark circles and general tightness eyes/nose area.

Hi all, I've had anormal (for me at least) dark circles under the eyes for about 3 months and I'm more tired during the day then usual. I sleep from average 11pm to 7:30am and not feeling refreshed at all. I don't smoke, almost never drink and eat well.

I do have a small feeling of pressure like near the eye on the interior of the nose but nothing hurting or anything. I do have occasional, but really really rarely a sharp sudden vey quick pain on the top of my nose between the eyes.

Could this be allergies even if I never had this before? stress? sleep apnea (I don't think so, at least I don't snore), something about my sinuses (even if it doesn't hurt?)

Sorry if my discussion doesn't fit the forums, I'm new here.

Have you seen your GP about this? Is your vision affected?

I went to an optometrist and my vision is still all good. I guess I'll get an appointment with a GP, thanks for the reply.

Sounds like sinus problems . You may have a blocked nose for some reason which is preventing you sleeping deeply and causing fatigue and therefore the dark circles.  You really should see a GP. Let us know what is the diagnosis.

Since I breath well (at least awake) and my nasal discharge is normal I thought it  wouldn't be that, but it seems plausible.

I'm supposed to see a GP on Monday, I'll keep this updated, thank you for your input.
