hello people i need help asap cause this is my anus right now first photo when im not pushing a second one when im not im really stressed right now about what it could be. no pain no iches no sensation i poop often rarelly with trouble during please help

Looks like you are straining a bit too much and developing haemorrhoids/piles. Try taking more roughage/fruit /veg in your diet, or take a gentle laxative like Fybogel once per day.
