Dark red blood after bowel

Today morning i found sticky dark red blood stick on toilet bowl after bowel movement. My poo look dark green (maybe i drink a greenie juice before sleep), the water no red at all. The time I poo, I dont feel any pain o uncomfortable. Before a day, I feel very uncomfortable at my epigastric area. What is my problem? Izzit cause by i stop taking PPI medicine?

    You need to see your GP straightaway.  It may be nothing to worry about but this needs investigating.

      I wish i can direct go but i very busy in working + hard to take leave so 2morrow Saturday will go hospital for a check. And lucky only ytd morning one time hv blood. Today no more..

    Yes get help. It may be internal bleeding.I had it once and felt very faint from loss of blood.I went into hospital and was given an angiogram and many units of blood. The leak cured itself and the extra blood revived me!
