Dark red vulva

i have been using CLOBETASOL twice a day and a estrogen vaginal suppository 3 times a week. Today i felt very inflamed and when i looked at the vulva it is dark red on one side. I also have redness on the inner thighs. Could this be LICHEN SCLEROSUS? I have an appt. with my GYN specialist on Thursday but I am going to try to see a local GYN tomorrow to see if they can give me something to help before Thursday. Does anyone have any advice. THANKS.

    Stop using both meds. If possible, take a warm sitz bath with some baking soda or borax in it.

    If it was me I would take ibuprofen to calm the redness. Tylenol will not work for inflammation. Let us know what doc says.
