Dark, smelly urine please help

Hi I got test results for a urine analysis come back positive but I got the results 6 weeks later. The GP sent me for the test again & it came up negative this time. I still have extremely dark yellow urine & it is foul smelling. I'm finding it hard to keep seeing & smelling the odour from it & don't feel clean unless I've just had a shower. I usually have clear urine. It has been like this since April. I'm not too sure what it could be. Thinking of having the test done again. Does anyone know what other problems can cause this if its not a UTI. What is the treatment for a UTI if the next test comes up positive.

Dark urine is a sign of dehydration, drink lots of water and if you can orange juice or cranberry juice this helps clear anything up. The acid in the juice helps to clear what ever you may have, might be worth a try.

If you have a UTI it will be antibiotics but try the cranberry juice as the acid helps clear this.

Also in my experience yeast can take over after antibiotics. Please see the dr. Drink lots of water .

I had the same thing for 8 mths, each test said no infection..I went to urologist and he found a tumor on CT, he felt bladder and said yes he could feel it...I woke up the next mth day the color was gone, I still took the Cipro he gave me. When I returned for cystscope, it wax completely clear. No tumor, no infection. But I recommend going to urologist,, to get test. It could be a number of things and not even coming from bladder..could be your sugar.
