Dark spots on penis. Help!

ive had an OBGYN look at this (they were the only one available) and they said it was nothing to worry about but I'm looking to get a second opinion.imageimage

    Dear jebg,

    First photo with 3 black circles- these look like small pigmented patches that can develop because the skin has been irritated or inflamed in the past.

    Second photo with one circle- they look like two blackheads, possibly from a blocked skin gland.
