Daughter has struvite stones- help needed please!

My daughter has been treated for kidney stones and we recently found out they are struvite. When she was 5 months old she was diagnosed with an enlarged left kidney, over the years she's not had any problems and the kidney has reduced in size from what it was.

It was a surprise to learn she had developed struvite stones as shes not had any symptoms of an infection. Originally the doctors thought she could have a puj obstruction but before finding out what type of stones they were they didnt think this was the case although this could have now changed.

Has anyone experienced anything similar and could you share your experience. Thanks!
