Daughter's ear keeps bleeding

my 12 yr old ended up in A&E last night as her left ear keeps bleeding all they have done is given her ear drops n said she may have come back in for another op (she had grommets put in over a yr ago no problems) and given her an open 7 day emergency appoiment. she has also been struggling with her hearing for last couple months and I have been waiting for another ENT appoiment. my question is has anyone else had this problem and everything be okay or has it left you struggling with your hearing ? Just a really worried mummy as I have a very scared little girl
