First 5 days were awful, sick, not eating warm flushes, yawning all day long, only sleeping for 4 hrs went back to my gp for a sick note and he suggested I took the tablet in the evening before actually going to sleep, it works good up 2 now, the only thing is I wake up after 4-5 hrs sleep and I have strong butterflies and can't go back to sleep, I'm eating better even went to get some chips from the chippy last night and chocolate, wil the butterflies go away? I'm taking citalopram for a bit of anxiety xx

10 days is early days, I've been on them quite a few times now and I'm currently on day 31. Some people get back to normal fairly quickly but they generally take a couple of months for me. Today was the first day when I felt the side effects lessen, I'm still tired but not like I was in the first couple of weeks.
