hi all just wanted to share my story, suffered with panic attacks 10 years ago just came out of the blue, docter perscribed anti-depressants and after 6 weeks i was fine stopped taking them 8 years ago and was fine till november last year, just felt anxietious, tearful hated leaving the house! went to see my gp who prescribed sertraline, was really scared of taking them cause of the side effects but so glad i did, had most of the side effects but day 12 i feel like my old confident self and feel great every day!
