stupidly stopped cold turkey for 3 weeks . back on 20 mg of citalopram and i feel terrible . horrible thoughts and feel i will never be better again . please tell me this is normal 😦

im sorry to read that you are going through it at the minuet,
im sure you now know that stopping these drugs cold turkey was'nt your best moment!
and starting again will take you way back with all those side affects.
i started taking these meds 20 old years ago and dont recall any side affects, i came off and restarted last year with the most intense side effects, it takes time but i promise it will pass and you will feel you again, have faith in you.
the more i googled the worse i felt, finding this site was a godsend.
ive been well now for a good few months i still have bad days and i remind myself who i am
