Day 24
Posted , 4 users are following.
Just an update....on 10mg, take first thing each morning. Went to Dr's yesterday as standard follow up appt. Explained my side effects, anxiety, some shaking in my left arm, suddenly feeling very hot (which lasts a minute or so) and feeling tired when getting out of bed. Dr said this is all fairly normal and it takes 3-4 weeks for meds to kick in. I'm hoping the anxiety does subside pretty quickly!

My entire body felt very cold and shaky and could see my self " going" so had to seat down to be ok.. This happened around 14.40 Nd took my day 5 tablet at 14.00 like every day.. Anyone knows what this could be? Could it be cause of the tablets? I've had

how are you doing now? Are you ok?
have you changed your medication?
anxiety can have a powerful effect and can be very scary. I found it helpful to understand how anxiety affects me - the emotions, the physical experience and my behaviour towards the feelings that my anxiety brings.
i can assure you that it is possible to tame your fear. Worth looking into CBT which is a talking therapy with a good success rate. Also worth pointing out that CBT & medication together have an even better success rate than CBT alone. Worth chatting to your physician about your plan for recovery.
be kind to yourself.
