day 3 over, such a long bloody way to go! seem to remember 8-12 weeks being an average time before full benefits were felt, and even then I had to up my dose to 40mgs, the next few months could be rather trying..... sad

    Hi David, I'm now into week 15 of 20mgs fluoxetine.  I have had periods of up to 2 weeks where I have felt good and thought I was back to normal but the last few days I have been feeling nauseous again and not eating and this has happened many times throughout the 15 weeks.   I can't decide what to do, up the dose, wait a bit longer or change meds.  This seems to be a very slow acting drug.
