So this is my 3rd battle with anxiety and depression in the past 5 years they usually last 1 month ...some of my symptoms are anxiety feeling as disconnected from the real world and vision problems....doctor believes the main cause is too much stress then it leads to depression.... this is my first time on fluoxetine how long intil I see improvements

HI Daniel,
I was on fluoxetine for three years and they took 6 weeks to kick in, however everybody is different, could take less time or more. keep taken them they certainly worked for me. good luck. Hang on in there.
