you have my sympathy. 17 days and have just increased dose from 25 to 50. just going through an awful day with much the same symptoms as yourself and agree it's awful. Do have some diazapam which helps a bit and a friend has just suggested finding a you tube deep breathing video to follow. like you l would be glad of any advice on how to cope, do want to keep going as it is supposed to be a good drug.

yes my vision isn't good, my jaw feels really tight and aches and l have a tendancy to be shaky.

l agree it's awful. I have just been doing some breathing exercises and l think that has helped a bit. keep in touch.

l felt the same this morning but really want to give them a go. look up you tube and meditation breathing and try and work with a few of those, it's not easy but it does help. if you can get to tomorrow, do you have a Boots shop near where you can get some advice from a pharmacist?

Hi, I'm gonna sound mean for saying this but this is the honest truth and it's the best advice I can give you. ANY med you take will have side effects and the goal is not to be on any meds at all (this is my problem because every time I do better I get off sert), so why would you want to take propranolol to combat the side effects of sert when propranolol may have other side effects?

Remember Trainspotting the movie? I always think every time I get back on it's like going cold turkey. It's the Ewan McGregor's character locking himself in a room and getting his bucket ready. The same.

Make your room as most comfortable as possible and try to get plenty of rest and eat comfort food but eat little. Try to stay near bathroom, have a bucket in case you want to vomit. I never forget each time I get back on, it's like the worst cold, flu and motion sickness all combined! Find something distracting to do that will help you pass the time. I was playing mindless Word games on my ipad. Candy Crush would do.

Then just suck it up and let time do its job. It's hellacious, but that is the best way to go about it. And the most natural way. Praying for you.
