Day 3 update, 75mg to 100mg Journey

Hey lovely people,

I hope you’re all doing fantastic and on your way to recovery.

I’m on Day 3 on 100mg from 75mg (8weeks approx + 50mg).

I’m still getting heightened anxiety honestly, hoping this will go down soon and feel the effects of the upped dose.

I’m also getting a weird Eye pain lool, like when moving my right eye feels like a tension headache but has been there for 2 days. Anybody had that?

    Today is my 4th day on 100mg from 50mg and my anxiety is up and down, yesterday I had a really good day though today hasn’t been as good but it’s all part of the process, your side effects of headache and anxiety is very normal they are 2 of the most common effects, I would try keep your mind that it typically takes 1-2 weeks for these sort of side effects to subdue as your body needs a chance to get used to the increase, the main side effects im getting today especially is anxiety and extreme fatigue I am so tired and have no energy but as I’ve said I’m expecting these to go in 1-2 weeks, I know how you feel though waiting for your tablets to kick in you feel uncertain but just take it one day at a time and don’t get disheartened your not going to suddenly click back into normality it will come gradually but it gets easier as time goes on, just think to yourself in a months time you will be feeling a lot better
