Day 32 fluoxetine 20mg also on 10mg olanzapine

Hey all. as the title states I've been on fluoxetine for 32 days. I'm still really struggling with the morning nausea and anxiety. It gets so bad I'm dry heaving over the toilet almost every day. Do u think I've given it long enough? the doc has offered to up it but I was previously under the crisis team and they didn't seem to keen on me upping. so I don't know what to do? any advice? Personal experiences? Xx
