Yes, that can also be part of the symptoms. I was diagnosed with low potassium and that triggered some of the side effects to be worse. Stick it out it will get better.

My panic and anxiety was horrible in the beginning of taking this med and for about 4 weeks. I did up my does at about 4 weeks to 75mg( after we got my potassium under control with meds) I would wait til you see the endo and get that under control before upping another med.

Best of luck and hang in there. We are all in this together and help each other 😊

I'm the same John it's been about 6 weeks at different doses. I'm sticking with it because I have read lots of stories on here (good ones) that it takes ages to work some people say up to 2/3 months. So hang in there.

Brain zaps, headaches, diarrhea, muscle aches, dizziness, tired but insomnia at the same time, severe anxiety and panic attacks, like this cold sensation through out my body and ringing in the ears. It is all getting much better. Just have to hang in there cause it is worth the end result.

      Hi John,

My symptoms, jaw clenching, headaches, constant thoughts that are horrible, anxious, weird vision problems, ringing in my ears, shakes more anxiety.

I have been on 150mg for nearly 4 weeks and have improved believe it or not.

I would say they should be tailing off real soon. I was on sertraline a couple of years ago and it does get better and you will get back to normal. I remember it being about 12 weeks so I’m not even half way there yet. It’s different for individuals, I had severe anxiety and do again but I’m starting to function better. I get fleeting moments of okness. Onwards and upwards.  Stick with it John, keep in touch and let me know how you’re getting on. X

      Hi John,

Me too, same side effects, in week 5, at 100mg for 3 weeks now. Hoping they go away soon.
