Day 50 Post-Op

My surgeon is extremely pleased with my progress. Her physiotherapist is impressed with my leg strength. I can ditch my crutches and all of my restrictions have been lifted. I go back this afternoon for a one hour exercise class. She's put me in an advanced category for physiotherapy.

My legs are apparently the same length (she measured them). The perceived discrepancy is due to the increased space in the joint after surgery. My hips need to catch up. I am to walk without any lifts in my shoes for another four months and we will follow up in October.
