Day 6 on 20mg Fluoxetine

This has felt unbearable - I recently restarted and I don't remember feeling 'this' bad when I started 20mg in 2015.

Feeling like I want to run away, feeling sick, no appetite, deep black pit of depression, panic attacks, will this ever end...scared it won't work again, even though last time I managed to get significant relief within a month.

It's so heartbreaking to be with my parents after months of lockdown and I'm just not here at the moment, so much pain, I can't be the daughter they deserve. Everything hurts.
