Hi everybody i do feel better everyday...However now i am dealing with gas pains...Any suggestions Pelvic excercises seem to help a lot

    Hiya,

    I'm on day 11😀My gas eased off around day 4 but I do get it back a little after eating. The only things that worked for me are walking around (painful in early days) and lying on my back on my bed with my knees bent then straightening and bending them back and forth for a while and putting a pillow under my bottom to raise it up slightly!

    How's your tummy otherwise?

    I managed a short walk outdoors today...

      My tummy is beautiful and flat....not so much pain..only when i walk...gas is the worse and going number 2

    Try oil of peppermint capsules for wind and fybergel before you go to bed for your bowels when I had my TAH 2 yrs ago I found these invaluable and try small walks as well.
